We use this information to create your personal digital space — a private, unlisted website that’s embedded into your jewelry. Simply tap your smartphone to the jewelry, and your memory comes to life.

Yes! You’ll receive a direct link so you can access it from any device, anytime.

🔐 Can I password-protect my digital space?

Absolutely. Just let us know during the order process, and we’ll add a password layer for extra privacy.

🎥 Is there a video length limit?

There’s no strict limit — it depends on where you host your video.

You can upload full-length videos to services like YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive, and share the links with us. You can also send us playlists or multiple videos — we’ll organize them for you.

📦 What kind of content can my digital space include?

Almost anything:

• Google Photos or shared photo/video albums

• Playlists (e.g. Spotify, YouTube)

• Written stories, letters, achievements

• Video clips and audio files

We also offer remote desktop support (with your consent), so we can assist you directly if needed.

Yes — our jewelry is safe for daily use like showers or rain.

Note: It’s not designed for diving, swimming, or long-term submersion.

Please allow up to 24 working days for us to prepare your jewelry and digital space and ship it to you.
