Welcome to our store. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following policies regarding product use, warranty, returns, and digital services. Please read carefully.

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and custom-made, which means:

• Minor variations in texture, polish, or finish may occur. These are natural results of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

• Product images shown on the website may display slightly different colors due to lighting conditions during photography or screen display variations.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our jewelry, which covers:

• Manufacturing defects, including preparation faults or inherent design flaws originating from the designer.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, including but not limited to:

• Wearing during sports or physical activities that may cause stress or breakage.

• Exposure to saltwater, seawater, chemicals, magnets, or extreme temperatures.

• Attempting to alter or overwrite the memory chip embedded in the jewelry.

• Submerging in liquids, use in water sports, diving, or swimming.

• Contact with sand, powders, polishers, or attempts to alter the physical or digital structure.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.

• Returns are valid only for non-customized items.

• In case of custom orders (e.g., personalized inscriptions or customized digital content), labor and customization costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Estimated delivery time for in-stock items is up to 24 working days.

• In case of delays beyond 24 working days, a 10% compensation will be issued.

• If the product is not delivered within 40 working days, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

• In case of item that is not in stock and or a highly customized website is requested, the duration will be agreed upon initially.

 

 

Digital Space / Personal Website

Introduction

A personal website also called a digital space will be created for you included at the price of the jewelry, which will then be stored as a link inside your jewelry. Alternatively you could choose to have it linked to another website you provide/ social media link/ link tree/ or any other link you choose. In this case the jewelry will cost you 20$ less. The amount will be calculated when choosing, “I will include my own link” option. 

Upon purchasing a piece of jewelry, you will receive a form via email requesting links to your digital content — such as photo albums, music playlists, videos, or any other online media (links only).

The website is designed and built by us, with a thoughtful and aesthetic approach that reflects your story. The site will include the links you provided (for example: Google Photos, Spotify, YouTube, and more), all accessible from the main page.

After delivery, the website can be edited either by you or by us. Any additional changes or design adjustments made by us after delivery may require an additional payment.

Every piece includes a basic single page digital space (website) accessible via the jewelry, for a period of 3 years for free. After the 3 year period, Lumie has the right to decide to charge a hosting fee of 25 USD a year.

• This space (website) hosts a single page and link to external sources such as photos, text, music, or video, depending on the customer’s request.

• Any user-altered content is not covered under warranty.

• Post-delivery customization or modification of the digital space in case changes are requested, is available at a rate of $30 per hour.

Warranty

We are not responsible for technical issues or malfunctions caused by changes made by the user after delivery. That said, we are always happy to assist in case backups needed and support whenever possible.

Privacy

Your personal website is not indexed or listed on Google or other search engines by default, unless the user requests (by the initial form).

Please note that anyone who has the direct link can access the website.

The user will be asked to provide a photo album link, or any media or written text they choose to include to their website. However there is an option to take ownership and full control soon after the website’s creation, and then make changes and updates as the user’s wish and by that no links sharing with Lumie is needed.

Accessibility

The website includes an accessibility statement and basic accessibility features. We provide a basic accessibility package, but we are not responsible for full compliance for every possible user or assistive technology.

The website is available online only and requires an internet connection.

Media & Hosting

The website does not host the media you provide. It includes only:

• Links to external platforms (such as Google Photos, Spotify, YouTube, etc.)

• Images and graphics that you approved for display on the main page

All media remains hosted on its original platform.

 

By purchasing and going through the process, the user agrees to the terms & conditions.
